Trees Residences: Layout

I. Site Development Plan

Trees Residences initially offers 6 towers (Towers 1,2,3,5,6,7 - Turn over March 2016) and is located up front of the entire SM development, providing easier access from Quirino Highway.
Trees Residences will have 19 towers in total, each having 10m distance from each other.
Its towers will be inter-connected by a roofed pathway so a resident can traverse from one tower to another.

II. Floor Plan

Trees Residences' 19 towers will have 7 floors each.
Each Floor will have an electrical room and a garbage room.
Please refer below to the floor plan with respect to towers and floors.






III. Unit Layout

Trees Residences will have the following unit types:

a. Studio Unit




b. 1 Bedroom


c. 1 Bedroom with Den

 

d. 2 Bedrooms

IV. Finish

Trees Residences will have basic finish detailed below:
